Far Est Unlimited est né de la rencontre du saxophoniste Rémi Psaume (ITJ, Funkindustry…) et du guitariste et chanteur Stéphane Galeski (Kabbalah, Yazmen Trio…). Basés à Strasbourg, les deux musiciens partagent un goût immodéré pour le jazz, le groove, les musiques d'ici et d'ailleurs et l’improvisation.
